Use these definitions to make a quotation more precise. For device-specific claims, request evidence and include the accepted wording in the order record.
- MOQ
- Minimum order quantity. RELOOP's current catalog has no minimum order, subject to availability.
- Condition grade
- A seller's appearance description. Percentages are not a universal certification and do not prove function.
- Carrier lock
- A carrier policy restriction that can limit which mobile network a device uses.
- Activation Lock
- An account-linked protection that can prevent a reset Apple device from being activated by a new user.
- MDM
- Mobile-device management settings or enrollment used by an organization to manage a device.
- SIM adapter
- An additional component or setup used with some carrier-locked phones; it is not the same claim as unlocked.
- eSIM
- A digital SIM capability whose availability depends on the exact model, region and carrier.
- Battery health
- A reported percentage or result at a point in time. It does not establish battery origin or complete performance.
- Replacement battery
- A battery disclosed as having replaced the prior battery; its source, installation and current behavior still require confirmation.
- Landed cost
- The known order cost after adding the device quote and applicable freight, fees, taxes and other verified costs.
- SKU
- A seller's stock-keeping identifier used to distinguish a particular listing or specification.
- RFQ
- A request for quotation that states products, quantities, destination and required commercial or inspection terms.
